On July 5, 2026, BAIC Brunei hosted an exclusive weekend road trip for BAIC owners. X55, B30, and B40 owners from across Brunei gathered and set off, traveling through the scenic landscapes of Temburong and enjoying a special time together. Through its global owner community, BAIC is fostering cross-cultural exchange, bringing greater warmth to its global operations and a more refined touch to its services.

01 Owners Set Out Together on an Exclusive Scenic Road Trip

On the day of the event, BAIC owners gathered at the BAIC showroom in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. Driving BAIC X55, B30, and B40 models, they set off in convoy on a scenic drive to Abode Resort & Spa in Temburong District.
Unlike a traditional test-drive event, the weekend road trip offered BAIC owners an immersive lifestyle experience created specifically for them. Traveling together allowed owners to move beyond the usual solo driving experience, exchange ownership insights face to face, and share their experiences of off-road and city driving. United by passion and connected through interaction, BAIC continues to move forward together with owners around the world.
Upon arrival at the resort, a variety of leisure and interactive activities got underway. Owners mingled freely and relaxed together. A commemorative edition of the B40 was also presented exclusively to attending owners for the first time. Featuring rugged off-road performance and a custom-designed exterior, the vehicle drew strong interest from owners and off-road enthusiasts at the event.
02 Exclusive Product Preview Signals Expansion of the B40 Lineup

During the event, BAIC Brunei offered attending owners an exclusive product preview and screened a concept video, providing an early look at plans for new additions to the B40 series that will further expand BAIC’s rugged SUV lineup. The B40 meets a wide range of driving needs, from daily urban commuting and long-distance outdoor travel to extreme off-road driving, further strengthening the global competitiveness of BAIC’s off-road vehicle lineup.
