The Indonesia International Motor Show, held from February 5 to 15 at JIEXPO Kemayoran in Jakarta, marks BAIC’s second participation. The automaker is now showcasing more mature localization capabilities and a clearer user-focused strategy, continuously expanding its brand influence.

 

Since entering Indonesia, BAIC has consistently focused on local consumer needs, launching products that combine high cost-performance with reliable quality, while establishing high-standard, professional service systems. During the Indonesia International Motor Show, BAIC Indonesia officially announced its partnership as the main sponsor and official vehicle provider for the international sporting event “Clash of Legends Jakarta”. This event will bring together legendary players from Barcelona and Real Madrid, generating significant anticipation among local sports enthusiasts. BAIC Indonesia will collaborate with event organizers to host multiple interactive activities and offer exclusive ticketing discounts, delivering a unique experience where automotive culture meets sporting passion. On the customer service front, BAIC Indonesia has deepened its strategic partnership with used car platform CARSOME, launching an exclusive motor show trade-in program. During the event, consumers purchasing any BAIC model and completing a trade-in transaction will receive a cash rebate of 3 million Indonesian Rupiah, lowering the purchase threshold in a more flexible manner and optimizing the upgrade experience.

 

Addressing Indonesia’s diverse mobility needs, BAIC officially launched the BJ30 Hybrid Electric Vehicle at this motor show, offering three configuration versions: LITE, PRIME, and Adventure. The new model caters to multiple scenarios including urban commuting, outdoor travel, and light off-roading, combining advanced hybrid technology with practical features, providing consumers greater flexibility to make personalized choices based on their lifestyles and driving preferences.
