On November 4, 2025, BAIC International celebrated the grand opening of its new authorized dealership in Puri Indah, West Jakarta. Wang Jianhui, Director of the International Company, along with Vice Presidents Gao Ming and Ding Suxia, attended the event and participated in the store opening ceremony, joining guests in witnessing a new chapter for the Indonesian market. The new dealership is equipped with professional sales and parts (2S) service facilities, offering comprehensive support from vehicle presentations to parts supply to meet all customer needs. On November 5, Wang Jianhui and his delegation visited JIO Group’s KD factory in Indonesia to inspect and confirm the first batch of 200 right-hand drive BJ40 vehicles in IKD (completely knocked down) condition. The successful rollout of this IKD batch marks further progress in the localization production process in the Asia-Pacific region, laying a solid foundation for subsequent local production and achieving zero-tariff exports to ASEAN countries.
