
IGNITING TERMINAL CAPACITY|DISCOVER BAIC TO ACCELERATE SUCCESS
From October 15th to 21st, BAIC took the opportunity to organize an extraordinary event, the 2023 BAIC GLOBAL EXCELLENT SALES AND AFTER-SALES MANAGER CHINA TOUR, gathering the outstanding sales and after-sales managers from more than 20 countries, comprising a total of nearly 50 individuals.
This time, the managers were given an exclusive opportunity to visit BAIC's Off-road Vehicle Factory, Design Division, BAIC BJEV, and BAIC BLUEPARK. They also participated in a series of trainings and courses.
BAIC empower the market operation capability
As BAIC’s territory continues to expand, the importance of terminal enabling and management has gradually increased over the years. This year also marks BAIC INTL's 10th anniversary. To strengthen the terminal sales capacity, various training courses have been provided to exceptional sales and after-sales managers from all over the world.
Throughout the event, managers gained a deep understanding of BAIC products, experienced BAIC’s corporate strength, and got aspirations from the Chinese mindset.

This time, BAIC provided not only the chance to enhance practical skills but also the platform for managers to communicate and exchange their thoughts and ideas for different markets, showcase their valuable insights, and get inspired through group discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Enhancing digital BAIC recognition through Chinese Internet marketing strategy
To keep up with Internet trends and update online marketing strategies, an insightful social media training session was organized. Managers were enlightened about harnessing the power of platforms like TikTok for effective product promotion.
"It was very interesting. I personally discovered that we can't ignore the importance of social media at this time. We learned about TikTok, which was a great experience. I believe when we return to our country, we will invest more effort to have a stronger presence on TikTok," shared Anne Marie Mbayang Diene, Director of Commercial and Marketing from Caetano Formula West Africa, SA.

This event marks the beginning of BAIC's overseas excellent sales and aftersales training series.
