BAIC GROUP AND BOSCH SIGNED A STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT

On February 1st, BAIC GROUP signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bosch (China). Based on the good long-term cooperation established in the past, BAIC GROUP and Bosch will continue to expand and enrich vehicle usage scenarios and build comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation in the fields of intelligent cabin, intelligent driving, and intelligent networking under the trend of accelerated restructuring of China's intelligent vehicle value chain.

Along with the acceleration of the "Four New Transformations" (the trend of electrification, intellectualization, networking connection, and vehicle sharing) process of the Chinese automobile industry, the intelligent vehicle has become the strategic direction and competitive focus of the automobile industry. Due to the strong intersections of intelligent vehicle technology, deep integration of the automobile industry, and diverse development paths of the industry, the innovation and development of intelligent vehicle need to strengthen cross-field cooperation and integrated innovation deeply so as to form a strong development force.

Bosch will provide more intelligent and competitive products for BAIC GROUP based on its comprehensive development of safe and reliable intelligent driving solutions that are fully developed in six dimensions: system, functional safety, data, chip, hardware, and algorithm.

In recent years, BAIC GROUP has placed technological innovation at the core of its development, identified the path of technological development, improved technological innovation capabilities, and made great progress in technological innovation strength, forming the development potential of "High-tech BAIC" to empower core products and improve user experience.
