ANOTHER CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY OF BAIC WINS THE AUTHORITATIVE AWARD

On November 16, ARCFOX α-power won the "China Heart" New Energy Vehicle Power System Award. This is the second time BAIC GROUP has been recognized by the most well-known and influential automotive power system award in China after 2021. It is also the third time that the electric driving force system developed by BAIC won this award.

The α-power equipped in ARCFOX αT is a highly integrated three-in-one electric driving force, assembly independently developed by BAIC GROUP. It can produce a peak power of 175kw, a maximum torque of 360N·m, and a maximum system efficiency of 93.5%, while a single motor efficiency reaches 97.7%. At the same time, its 1m sound pressure level noise is lower than 78dB, and the overall performance reaches the industry-leading level, offering an excellent driving experience.

Long Driving Range

Through deep excavation of the big data of 500,000 users' driving cycles, the motor loss is optimized to reduce the whole speed and improve the efficiency of motor system driving conditions by 1%, so that the assembly high efficiency zone covers users' common driving conditions and achieve longer real driving range for users.

Super quiet

By analyzing the electromagnetic excitation and the structural modal coupling, and through thousands of simulation iterations, the electromagnetic excitation level is reduced. Based on the modal topology optimization technology, the motor cover, MCU, top cover and other structural components were topologically optimized. Through the above optimizations, the interior noise is reduced by 5-10dB under the high frequency of the motor, bringing a quiet driving experience.

High reliability

This electric driving force system is equipped in more than 180 ARCFOX vehicles and has completed the road test and verification at the whole vehicle level. The accumulative test mileage exceeds 3 million kilometers, the longest mileage of a single vehicle reaches 500,000 kilometers, and the performance attenuation is less than 1.5% after the test. Under the extreme testing environment of high temperature, high coldness and in the plateau for two consecutive years. The ultimate reliable product was hammered out to provide our users with a more secure driving experience.
