(BAIC INTL) as the sole entity responsible for the global export, sales, and related business authorizations of the ARCFOX brand in overseas markets. All matters related to distribution partnerships, authorization, and market expansion for the ARCFOX brand globally (excluding the mainland of China) must be directly handled through BAIC INTL. No third-party entities are authorized to engage in distribution cooperation or business negotiations on behalf of BAIC INTL or BJEV for the ARCFOX brand without written authorization.

If you wish to continue or commence overseas business for the ARCFOX brand, we recommend to contact BAIC INTL directly.
